How to Log in

Welcome to Crystal!

This article will guide you through registration and answer to the questions you may have when logging in.

First Login

Once you are registered, you will receive an e-mail invitation to Crystal.

To finalise your registration, click on the "Accept Invitation" button in the email body to confirm your email.

Then, in the browser choose your password and "Save" it by clicking on the interactive button below.

The password, as well as your username (your e-mail), is case-sensitive.

The password must be at least 8 characters long.

A confirmation of the password being changed for your user will then appear and you will be able to click on "Go to Crystal" and start your journey on it!

Web Login

To access Crystal, reach your Login page by typing the URL, as follows: <yourdomain> (e.g. in your browser.

Mobile Login

If you are trying to connect with a mobile device, instead, please, ensure you have the latest Crystal App.

To download the latest version refer to the links below:

Then, open the App, insert the Crystal URL - <yourdomain> - in the first screen and press "Continue".

You will land on the Login page, where you can insert your email and password into the corresponding fields, then press the "Login" button below.

Smart Login

At the first login time, you can easily activate the use of Face ID or fingerprints to quickly access your App for future accesses.

IDP Login

If your team has connected an IDP - Google and Microsoft - to your Crystal Advisor, you can log in with the IDP-related button that you would find the Login page: complete the Login process on the page that will be opened to be fully logged in.

That’s it! You are now ready to access data-driven insights directly from your Advisor.

Recover Password

If you forgot your password, click on "Recover password" in the Login page.

A new window will pop up where you will need to add your e-mail in the relative field to send a reset link to it for completing the recovery of your Crystal account.

In case you do not receive any e-mails, please, check the spam folder of your email, alternatively, please reach out to your Crystal Admin.
