crystal version 2.21 is out!
This version delivers new features and improvements to crystal. Please find the updates below split by user type:
For Members
A member is a user who accesses the Advisor and Dashboard
Context improvements
We expanded crystal capabilities in understanding the context of your questions. You can now ask about different time units and breakdowns for the same topic without having to repeat the whole question.
For Admins
An admin is a user who can configure crystal in the Self-Service Console.
Extension of entity definition
In topic configuration, as you create a custom column, you can now set and edit variables (like where-type queries) to customize your custom entity.
