Are there different types of users?
crystal users can be:
- Owners: the only user in the project that can manage project plans and payments, including upgrades and downgrades.
- Admins: they can interact with the advisor, add and manage users and topics, and modify options within the Console.
- Members: the standard crystal users. They can see insights and interact with the advisor, but they don’t have access to the Self-Service Console.
